The Alumni Association offers partnerships to University schools, colleges, units, and affiliates to leverage our instance of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other third party integrations/plugins/applications to Salesforce for your business use cases.  A highlight of some existing partnerships are below, but we are open to hearing your use case and see if our environment fits your needs.

License Information

Terms & Conditions

The Alumni Association will purchase licenses on behalf of partners and pass the cost onto the partner if applicable.  The platform fees, contract management, etc. will be maintained by the Alumni Association. Multiple licenses could be required depending on third-party platforms as well (e.g. FormAssembly or OwnBackup).

Your Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to protect university resources and data by ensuring that you use software in compliance with relevant university policies and standards, store and process all sensitive data within approved systems, and ensure equitable access to information technology for users with disabilities.

Individuals at U-M are ultimately responsible for any infringing software on their computers or devices or for violating the terms and conditions of software licenses. Individuals are responsible for reviewing the SPG on Software Procurement and Licensing Compliance.
