Riva provides a calendar syncing service between Salesforce and Google Calendar for use with Salesforce Student Success Hub. It syncs calendars between Google (or it can also sync Outlook) and Salesforce to allow students to book appointments with advisors and others in Salesforce.

This software was purchased by UM-Dearborn. To get in touch with this group, email [email protected]  . The cost is based on the number of users' calendars that need to be synced and is about $126/user/year with some additional setup cost.

Terms & Conditions

  • After the initial term of the agreement, pricing will not increase by more than the lesser of CPI +2% or 5% on a year-over-year basis.
  • This contract auto-renews annually. End date is not specified.
  • There is a Data Protection Agreement dated 3/11/21 on file with the University.
  • Maximum liability is the amount paid for the service in the twelve (12) months prior to the incident.

Your Responsibilities
