Motivoisty (the Service) consists of cloud-based software technology used by employers and their employees.

As part of the Service, Motivosity will provide the Subscriber with use of the Service, including a browser interface and data transmission, access and storage. Subscriber's registration for, or use of, the Service shall be deemed to be agreement to abide by these Terms of Use ("Agreement") including any materials and terms available on the Motivosity website incorporated by reference herein, including but not limited to Motivosity's privacy and security policies.

Your Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to protect university resources and data by ensuring that you use software in compliance with relevant university policies and standards, store and process all sensitive data within approved systems, and ensure equitable access to information technology for users with disabilities.

Individuals at U-M are ultimately responsible for any infringing software on their computers or devices or for violating the terms and conditions of software licenses. Individuals are responsible for reviewing the SPG on Software Procurement and Licensing Compliance.
