LabGym

LabGym is an open-source software tool that helps researchers identify and measure behaviors from video recordings. Using deep learning and holistic assessment, it tracks the subject(s) of your video, recognizes user-defined behaviors, and generates annotated visuals, structured event records, and 13 unique quantifications.
