Camtasia is a simple, all-in-one video editing and screen recording software program. Built with beginners in mind, Camtasia allows designers to create professional training videos quickly and efficiently.

Limited Audience

The College of Engineering has a Camtasia license for use by College of Engineering faculty to support instruction.  Information on how College of Engineering faculty can obtain a license key is available on the CAEN website.

The Office of University Development (OUD) has 10 licenses of Camtasia 8, some of which are already in use. The open licenses are available to OUD staff with a business case. Please contact ask-oud-di@umich.edu to request a license key.

The limited access license for College of Engineering faculty is funded by the College of Engineering.
